When white people speak to each other in a normal conversation we don't shout at each other. We are soft spoken under normal circumstances, as it is regarded as rude to shout at a person next to you, unlike the black culture which demands a person speak loudly in case he is gossiping about someone else which is how I understand it. Excessive noise can be very agitating. If you don't think it is bad, teachers at my former school left because of the noise the kids managed to make.
I rarely do agree with the views expressed by BM in most issues, however, I must say he offered a very balanced view.

Based on the little known facts you condemn the woman to a hate crime and label her as racist, because of 1 word she spoke. Using the k* word does not make you a racist. I can't see how it can be that serious, its just a damn word like the word "idiot" is used.

Actually I did, in my first post I mentioned how he was nice enough to apologise that he bumped in to her and that he at first handled the situation gracefully, where most people do not do that any more. Instead they just walk off dismissing it as if I did not happen.
Then the witch hunt started and I had my hands full with the angry Nazis.

Yep... that's correct. Ag, the whole name calling thing is related to how sensitive people are...
in the US it's generally OK for black folk to call each other niggers - you understand there's no racial issue there, and it's OK to be a wigger most of the time. Oreo is kind of like being a coconut here and is not generally well received... the bottom line is it's about intolerance - it should be OK to be a coconut if that's your lifestyle... it has boggerall to do with anyone else.

Now why would I call a person a k* as we are all equal, I might as well call myself one. My point is, we are all the same but through our actions we differentiate ourselves.
I might call those differences by many names, k* does come up. This is RSA, the rainbow nation utopia does not exist and we will all say and do something racist through the course of our lives, especially when we are angry or afraid.
We should not be judged in those moments if otherwise we act with clarity of thought. I assume you are black, I will never call you a k*, heck I call any old black man oupa as a sign or respect, since "oom" might offend. 1 action does not make a person a racist, especially under negating circumstances. I will not be so quick to judge a person on 1 action or the colour of their skin. I don't understand how you can and still sit on your high-horse.

I have heard more of my african friends call the tsotsi's by the Kaff and Nigg3r words... Many of my african friends greet each other using 'yo ******' phrase... yes, they even call me one.
