Help me design a small village redundant WAN setup over WiFi

I live in a small village where decent internet is non-existant. Some of us have *cough*rlink and some have slow WiFi ISP connections and others have LTE that falls over with the eskom network. Most of us actually have two connections - a faster LTE setup and a slower backup setup. What I want...

Freecad 1.0 is a massive step forward. It almost feels like a proper Solidworks competitor, at least as much as an open-source/community driven project can be. Obviously there is a lot of the advanced SW features not available, but the parametric modelling side is great.
Freecad 0.24 was a bit of a disaster, at least compared to 1.0.

Thanks. As far as I can tell, although this is provided at no cost, they don't publish the source code and it is licensed under a proprietary license so it doesn't really fall into the scope of Open Source software.
