Seen a few articles recently on low detection phishing attacks which use a transparent reverse proxy to harvest credentials and session tokens and thereby bypass MFA. The victim is directed to the actual login page, not to a fake site. Sneaky.

I have not used it but have an acquaintance who does and says it's great.
