Open source Tailscale/Zerotier alternative based on Wireguard. I like the look of this. The management server has very similar functionality to Zerotier for setting up overlay networks and adding nodes.

Anonymity​

Tribler offers anonymous downloading. Bittorrent is fast, but has no privacy. We do NOT use the normal Tor network, but created a dedicated Tor-like onion routing network exclusively for torrent downloading. Tribler follows the Tor wire protocol specification and hidden services spec quite closely, but is enhanced to need no central (directory) server.

Regrettably the Internxt Drive software is, to my mind, an advanced alpha release..

Despite their announcements to the contrary It cannot be used for other than sharing two or three files of < 512 Mb.

And if, as I did, one hits a problem, you are strictly on your own, with no documentation and/or support available.

The service is also very slow,

That said, I do like the concept - they are reintroducing the idea of breaking the file into small pieces, each stored at a separate location, making unauthorised retrieval all but impossible - so I will be watching for future announcements by this company.
