Hi folks

We have recently made some changes on the permissions of forum members because of problems with spammers, scammers and trolls. Here is a rundown of what has recently changed:

Registered users (new members)

All rights, but can not post in Classifieds section, PD forum and CA forums. Also cannot have signatures and post visitor messages (big problem with spammers there).

After three month’s membership and 50 post

Users get upgraded to a new user group with rights to all forums, Classifieds section etc. Users can also use signatures and have full rights with messaging.

Super Grandmasters

After 5,000 posts users can request custom titles – you may have seen some of these around.

I believe rpm is referring to an alternative to "Super-Grandmaster" - afaik users can request username changes at anytime. ;)
 
This should help stopping the scammers

just a quick question, i was able to check out the photos if they were linked to from a post but lately have been getting i don't have permission to see the picture why would that be?
 
That will upset the spammers & trolls :D

/waits for a thread: why can't a have a signature? I have seen many around.

Or even better :p

Why can't I post on RPM's page that he is horrible & farts too much
