Just discovered that the camera is faulty on my one week old S3. FFS :banghead:
So what now? Return it for a new one? Maybe you should ask them for a Note 2, citing a lack of confidence in the S3 as your motivation.
Hello regarding csc codes what does (xfd) stand for?

Haha. I tried that on Monday when I RMA'd that last one. They did not have stock.
You can bet your @ss I will try it again this Monday.
Did a quick Google and I am not alone with this issue. Tried all the tricks suggested where some were lucky enough to get it working again. No go.
Oh well...

Help please. Using odin I ried to install jb rom on the s3. It's the :-
[Stock Official Firmwares] I9300XXDLIB (4.1.1) - Poland (XEO) [24-09-12] from Poland.
Did the following steps but nothing happens, where do I go wrong?, or is there another step that have to be included.
Extract the firmware
Open the included Odin
Turn off your device
Put your device into Download MODE (Home + Volume Down + Power)
Click PDA and select *.tar.md5
Then finally click START!

Wi-Fi settings, menu, advanced, sleep policy.
No option for mobile
Your steps to flash are correct.
Have you made sure the USB drivers are correctly loaded (via Kies is perfect) and that the top left block is highlighted in Odin indicating Odin can see your phone?
What does the log say when you click start?
