Biggest tech announcements of 2012

I might be in the wrong here, but in my personal opinion I do not think that the launch of LTE is yet beneficial to technology advancements in South Africa and to its people. Yes, we must move forward and yet there are previous and current developments which are not optimal. I would rather vote for percentage coverage (incl. rural areas) than launching services… My focus is on improved/or new and more affordable communication mediums.

+1 to Toby Shapshak and Arthur Goldstuck, excellent decisions.
