Which of these is a better buy?

I'm not really looking to buy hardware right now, but I occasionally browse on BoB for good deals, and stubled across these 2 machines.

Are they good deals, and which one of the two would you choose? I'm tempted to splash out on the system for R3200 and buy someone's 8800GT next year when the 9xxx come out.

The other rig's a lot more expensive, but it does have a quad core processor and a 22".

I would choose the quad core machine ;) The 8800GT will probably be bottlenecked by the 3800+ CPU...
 
I wouldn't actually buy either of them, but if I had to choose I'd pick the quad core machine :D
 
Go to Prophecy Classifieds and put together your own PC.
 
I just tried speccing a machine from Computersonly... prices weren't that great IMO.
 
what worries me about that pc is it says 512 meg vga card? why does it not specify what that is?

also what 22" monitor?

i dunno man the whole thing seems dodgy to me

He answered those questions of mine in the questions section. It's an 8500 if I recall and a Proline monitor.
 
If i really wanted a new pc i would go with the Quad sounds like an ok deal if the monitor is any good.
