Hi
I am wondering what recourse the consumer has if their is no ADSL service available in the area you live in.
I have recently moved to Broadacres near Fourways and speaking to a few people in the area there have been applications with little or no result.
My estate agent says they have been waiting for their business application for months in Lonehill just down the drag.
Can anyone suggest a course of action to take.

My order is in for a business. I will now wait till 30 days has passed and then, if there is no clear response from TELKOM should I file a complaint with ICASA and if so how?
I am way over ranting to TELKOM on the phone and do not want to even consider that option.
thx

As far as I recall, Broadacres falls under the Fourways exchange which does have ADSL, so someone is clearly making up some BS along the way. Lonehill too has ADSL, I think it also falls under the Fourways exchange.
