If you’re a British citizen and can’t pay your rent it’s time to scoff down a high fat meal because soon you could be eligible to get cash for dieting.

This one guy I knew over there was going to do this other thing as a last-bid thing to get some cash - have his little toe chopped off and then they try to put it back on. Think his daddy had him shipped back to SA before he could do it though...
