Problem with VMC on Kubuntu

I have Kubuntu Feisty running on a dell D520 with the heuwai E620 Datacard, I downloaded VMC 1.99.17, installed it but when I run the debug, this is what I get. I am currently connecting with TAZZ' wvdial, no prob, but I have to uninstall VMCCdfl in order for it to work?
