what if it actually is his profile and he uses it to service his alter ego?
 
That's rough. Facebook abuse support are as bad as telkom customer care. The poor guy.

I think that's disgusting - to bring other people's good names into ill repute.
 
Facebook should really upgrade their systems in respect to things like this. I agree that it can completely crash someones career. Hope the damage isnt too bad.
 
Any company or agent that conducts business over facebook are a bunch of idiots.....Lol

All correspondence for a busniness deal, flights booked etc done over facebook?...Yikes, I have to shudder at that thought.
