I hope it can provide some practical solutions & understandings to combat crime .
Please , the report must not be compiled by some philosophers (wannabes) urging people to take down down their fences and security measures.
We need to understand the minds of criminals & how (or where )they come about.

Think about it...Do these guys REALY want crime to decrease? By having these crimes, is it not maby just what the ANC wants?..Remember, if you go into the history of the ANC ( Freedom fighters, etc...what a joke but anyway ) this would be a good way of getting rid of the so called "Whity's "...I dont say this is true, but its also not impossable...

If you are asking if i think that ex MK cadres are responsible for all the violent crime in this country, then my answer is no i do not. SOME of the crime may be committed by some bitter and twisted ex freedom fighters.
I can not see the ANC supporting these levels of crime. One has to bear in mind that the majority of violent crime victims are black, yes, BLACK it is not a conspiracy against lilly whites or genocide of any type - it is senseless violent crime and yes the ANC would like to stop or reduce it. Use your heads people!
As for the "why isn't there anything being done about it?" part of the question, I wish i had an answer. Incompetence, fear and laziness AND corruption within the police would be a good start. Perhaps with considered thought and a bit of money and time we could do something to help - look to Honeydew police for inspiration.

I am with Captain Slog on this one. There is a racial element to nearly every post of your RH. Why can we not just have a discussion about crime figures without it derailing to a racial war?
Why do you think the govt have been sugar coating the stats all this time? Because it is in their favour to have lower crime. That should answer you question.
