I paid for bandwidth that I did not receive

Fax them your bank statement, and get hold of Shaun Green to kick them under their butts. After faxing the statement, phone them and ask them if they received it. Then tell them unless they load the 500Mb onto your account immediately, you will open a case of fraud and theft at the SAPS.

Or don't buy extra bandwidth, ever. :eek: It's priced terribly, isn't even in line with their normal products.

You shouldn't be on a non-Pro package if you are going to need more bandwidth, that R189 could probably get you onto the 1GB soft capped service.
 
Go to your bank, explain to them and give them the details including the name of the iBurst guy you spoke to and they will subsequently REVERSE the charge.
