So now yesterday I was playing my Ally Mage on Burning Blade, only lvl 32.

So on my way to go do SM LIB, I run into this lvl 35 Pala (Horde). He's not flagged and runs past me. I thought ok he's not in the mood to attack me, I look away for 1 minute as I was helping my little one and the bugger jumps me. He makes the mistake to sit at my Corpse and try and corpse camp me.

I ress only have about 50% Mana and Health. I nuke the bugger down, I was camping for about another 6 times before he logged :D

That is what I needed to spark the wow feeling again :)

Mages are op vs mellee classes specially frost :)

Did he buble cause when they do it becomes hard too kill them palas i sometimes go oom on mage then they have ful health after i almost killed him.

Yea he did the first time, I then Frost nova him and nuke it out. He comes close I blink and use Frost bolt, I am how ever Fire spec. Just use frost bolt inbetween my big Fire crits :D. After that I think when He res'd he didn't have enough mana after he's buffs so he died rather quickly ;)
 
Lol. A well played melee class can wreck a mage. If he knows what he's doing. Warriors just spamstring, intercept and pummel, rogues=mindnumbing poison, cloak and shadowstep, shammies earthshock, purge and grounding totem, paladins BoF and JoJ. Only feral druids might have a problem.

Mages are ok 1v1 but 1v1 doesnt actually matter in this game, but rather how well you synergise with 1,2 or 4 others for pvp or 4,9 or 24 others for pve. Mages are good for pve (best cc, powerful sustained and burst damage, good buffs) but struggle a tad for arena at the moment (way to squishy, their cc's are too easily dealt with in most arena brackets)

(of course im talking about level 70 here, between about 35 to 70 casters do tend to be somewhat imba)

Think fire is better vs pala caus of dmg good pala battle my mage is long battle but he bubles just before dead and heal full health i go oom cause if all the blinking frost nova a dumb pala charge me in his buble counter it with ice block

Very true, In 1on1 I doubt anything comes close to ranged attack, Locks, Mages and Hunters. I do go squish rather easy if it's bigger fights like you said. I'm lucky if I get one Pyro blast in :o

Feral druid have a problem go ask any mage what class he hates Druid the most ferals that is we get out of sheep and we get out of frost nova the same way makes it hard for em to kitte us and feral charge he cant cast spells for few seconds.

Think your wrong on that point failed.

Mages are the easies kill for feral i think.
At leat i get owned by them with my mage.
Think mage is one of the hardest classes for pvp.
You gotta be awake or dead.
mages desirved the recent buffs more than any other class i think unlike hunters.

No. No im not. I played a 70 feral druid, in 2v2 and 3v3 arena. Shifting out of nova and frostbolts nukes our mana pool, all a mage has to do is force shifts and keep kiting(if you knew anything about feral druids you'd know about the cat range bug, feral druids can pretty much forget about hitting a moving target) and the feral eventually goes oom, cant shift or hot anymore, and then it's gg.

Feral is the worst and least represented pvp arena spec there is, according to the statistics. Balance isn't much better. Resto is where it's at, because instant hots and healer mobility synergise so well with resilience.

Mages are great duelists. Cast water elemental, spam frostlance, counterspell appropriately and you can deal with most classes one on one. But like i said, it doesnt matter, they get wtfpwnd in arenas coz theyre too easily killed when focused.
Resto shamans are, for eg, one of the best 1v1 classes you get (virtually unkillable with only 1 guy on them) but are completely outclassed in arenas. So it really doesn't matter how good your class is 1v1. Dueling isn't going to get you ratings or gear.

Seriously man, get to 70 and do arenas before you preach your leet imba pvp wisdom, coz right now you're talking out your ass.

Omw a lvl 70 feral that cant pawn mages first i have heard of it .L2p then really dude mages never had problem with them unless there is some major change from lvl 67-70 that i dont know about .
Or i just havent met a good mage yet. Too tell you the truth i have seen a feral gank a mage pluss his waroir friend both dead.
Dont understand me wrong i know feral is hard for pvp but they can take a beating i rather play ballance pvp own more :)

I love it how sub 70's assume the status quo remains at 70. If that was the case, enhance shammies would be completely imba and warriors would still be at the bottom of the ladders.

Get to 70. Then we'll see how uber your feral drood is versus casters, lawl. ;)

I would not be feral at 70 cause ballance is my pvp spec my biggest problem class is caster like shadow priest the silence kills me as ballance spec got no counter well i did beat a lvl 68 shadow priest when i was lvl 59 in duel with combo stealth force of nature and moonfire starfire i took no dmg he never even saw were it came from.

You can beat superoir class and even if out geared and out lvled you can still win with tactics :)

but man on man going face too face with druid feral or ballance if you dont use all you have you always lose.
If i just want too own in pvp ill play my lock or hunter.

I tank for lvl 70 players yester day and was told i lied that the druid is my first char cause of my tanking skills .
Maybe i dont have a lvl 70 just yet cause i have a live....And social skills unlike some people :)

What race is your ally rogue on Burning Blade i made a Nigth elf rogue on that server?Dont tell me its gnome lol.

O and dont miss understand me mage is good its just as druid i never had trouble with them my waroir is nother story he sucks vs mages

I iam kinda bored with horde low lvl quest and would like too see ally quest my next alt will stay ally does the dranei have their own city just like Bloodelfs?

I never really played far on ally side?
Prob try Dranei Pala.

Yea, they kinda cool. Draenei starts at a Space ship crash site. I asked a lvl 70 Mage mate to Teleport me to Human Start area near SW :)
