how can i get videos from dvd from a video camera

She has a dvd camcorder and recorded some vids that's now on the mini dvd.she wants to know how she can copy it from there since her pc can't read the disc...i am correct nabeelah?
your mini dvd isn't finalized,you need to finalized it before any other device can read it.I don't know dvd cams but somewhere on your menu should be a setting to do it.
