I feel nauseated.
This future great leader has eaten through another R9million rands that I contributed to in taxes. Yet, there is "not enough money" for our suburb to even SEE a police car ever. I have to pay taxes to support schools, and then still need to buy text books. I pay towards state hospitals, but need private medical if I want to live through an operation.

But, let us simply hand more money to a corrupt thief.
Viva Africa.

This is the cherry on the cake!

We get stolen blind by Zuma, then we pay for his legal defence, that money gets disappropriated, and the government wants to give him more on the condition that he tells us what he did with it.!

How is this possible?
How can this happen?

Truly a banana republic.

i think it's time to take charge of our lives.
these bastards have messed with us for long enough.

I don't mind paying taxes or all these levies Government instate.
I don't mind that Government uses my tax and levy money to build houses, roads, etc, or to subsidise/grant those less fortunate with something to makes their lives better, even when the road in front of my complex is full of potholes. Hey, at least I am fortunate to have a car to drive into those dongas.

What I do mind that I seemingly have NO idea as to how the bulk of what I fork out for the State is spent or where it is used. I don't pay taxes so that ministers and states-peoples fsuckups can be funded.

Its simple, when the next election rolls around use your democratic right and vote for someone else. We are already scratching the bottom of the barrel, surely we can't do worse than this?

Zuma is a

sigh im not gonna bother

All Hail Jacob Zuma, King of South Africa

*sigh* .. zuma isnt as stupid as I thought... He's much thicker than I could ever have anticipated.

easier said than done...

More news i read, less I feel we can do about this country...
Happier lives i fear are to be found in other countries...

Hope this doesnt hold true... Else i will leave, not going to support a country that doesnt support its own citizens...

The people of this country only notice if someones face is on the newspaper or tv. They dont notice if its about something good or bad. If you put Mugabes picture in the SA media day in and day out for a year, im sure he would win an election.. Im still wondering how people in this country figure out how to do things like... speak a language..

Jacob: most of us pay lotsa money for lawyers, having a R9-million attorney is not your right! Having an overworked, underpaid, could-care-less state issued attorney is. You choose: pay your bills or have a really bad lawyer.

Of course, now it looks really good. His lawyer will quit and he'll be left with, well, not a much of a leg to stand on.

Following on that: if he loses his trial should he be forced to repay all state costs associated with his trial?

No, according to the law he has a right to an attorney to defend himself.
Problem is, we pay for it.
