US or European Keyboards at the ZA Store?

My Missus' ibook came with a US keyboard - all my other machines did too but those came from the US so thats not going to be much use :)
 
My Macbook and iMac from iStore (Core) have US keyboards. Doubt if the European one is available.
 
I presume the US keyboard is the one with the $ sign above the 4?
 
If it has a Euro sign on it that is accessible without the FN key then its european I think. The Y and Z keys are also swapped afaik. Very nasty stuff if your typing in a language that has lots of zzzzs.
 
All the keyboards at I've seen at the iStore's have got US keyboard layouts.

I'm thinking not. ;)

EDIT - afaik the QWERTZ layout is used mainly in Germanic countries.

Yeah, that's the one I was think of...I just thought all the European boards are like that. Crappiest idea ever to swoop two keys....especially when the passwords don't work all of a sudden...

Funny thing is that their price isn't that awful; considering the exchange rate and shipping costs (and VAT) tthe US/ZA prices work out to be about the same.

Again, the only keyboard layouts I've seen in the SA store's have had qwerty keyboards witch is US if I'm not mistaken.

The iStore in Pretoria is run by Core - same as ZA Store and they get their stock from them.
UK keyboards are also QWERTY
