Guys,

I've managed to locate a proxy server which allows about 16k/sec, how ethical would this be? The devil on my shoulder says go ahead and abuse, but on the other hand, I feel morally inclined to inform the administrator... Your thoughts? I wouldn't do this if it wasn't for Telkom!

Well, he shouldn't suffer for the frustrations we have with Telkom.
But then, he should do a better job of protecting his resources.

How can this be wrong? I have a local proxy for exactly this use, users gets 'punished' for going over the cap by limiting intl., if this would be ethically wrong - why sell 512kbit lines?
