Johannesburg - The ANC Youth League rejected "with contempt" Eskom's application for a 53% tariff hike.
"We must guide against subsidisation of incompetence and lack of visionary management which has caused so much disruptions in our lives," a statement released on Thursday said.

with out a doubt, Those bonuses have come and gone all 50 Million Plus for top management....................CEO 1 million a month salary which excludes additional bonuses

Eskom is starting to P me off. How many other companies are going the same way? We can't keep paying and paying for their incompetence.

I seriously doubt the regulator will allow this increase to go through.
I have a feeling it will incite all out riots in large portions of the cities and rural areas if they do.
