Telkom promise

I am certain the following will be damning evidence against Telkom. The full story is available from our news section.

Steven White:

“It is either going to be good or it is not going to be at all,” says White. “We will not provide service where the line quality is not adequate.”

Well…it should not have been at all then. Wonder if we will get our money back?

Hi rpm,

I think the context in which this statement was made was that Telkom will not install ADSL on telephone lines that does not qualify, i.e. distance and quality wise.

So they will not compromise their service by taking on clients with bad quality lines.
