Since I let my little Rogue go on holiday, I thought I'll lvl my Warrior again.

Now I forgot how to play a warrior

I'm Fury spec now till I hit 70 then I'll go Protection. If anyone could pls help me to understand Threat while tanking in outlands. I guess it will be the same cycle as pre-TBC.

Charge - Thunderclap - Sunderx5 - Shield bash - Shieldwall if heal is failing and so forth. Or if not pls HELP ! I'll be very greatfull :o

In other words.....

I was packing my ion drive but then forgot to calculate the negative charge of the 3 electrons left if the equation.

Guys do any of your have the technical data for gravity pads to help me through gravitational pull of hyperdrive past near planets.

I was thinking of recalculating the field generators to offset solar interference but now im not too sure.

You WoW people are off the edge of the map!

Only kidding..

Grats Pitbull.
I also got my Rogue into Outland this weekend. 49-62 from Thursday night till last night.

Bah to protection! Arms / Fury....nothing like getting a 2.5K MS on a lock and then instantly getting a 1.8K sword specialisation proc. Aaaah the panic as the lock desparately tries to run away from the beating he is about to receive. It is a thing of beauty!

Just a pity sword specialisation doesn't proc more, but really wasn't going to level BS to get the mace...

Sword Spec on a Rogue is the same as a Warriors and I respec'd when I hit Outland due to a severe lack of decent Maces while leveling.
I've had quite a few fights where I get 3 sequential procs. It's frikkin crazy sometimes.

I went Swords in outland purely because of the lack of Daggers from 60 - 70
I liked it so much I stayed on swords after the respec to combat from Sub at lvl 60

The funny thing is I've found the opposite. I got the swords from the initial quests but when looking at BF/UB/SP all I saw was dagger loot so I kept running Ramps till I got the Sword off the 1st boss.
Either way, I'm loving being Sword Spec again (my previous Rogue was Swords) and I got a few laughs out of some of the truly terrible Ramps runs.

We did it with a lvl 58 Feral Tank who had less HP then me coz he was wearing mostly level 35-45 greens with a few blues. The guy did a fair job considering how squishy he was but if it wasn't for the 2 Mages sheeping like madmen we would never have gotten past the 1st guy.
In the end Nazan was hitting him for about half his HP so the guy switched to this Main (Demo Lock) and pwned Nazan so the Mages could finish their quest :P

Are you trying to tank as a Fury warrior?
I think that is the problem. Fury is great for dps, excelent in solo play, but tanking you really need a super healer and extremely good gear to be a "good" tank.
Its not impossible, but hard as hell.
Pre 60 any warrior could tank with little effort, but after 60 dps classes got such a boost in damage that threat is almost impossible hold as a not protection warrior.
Protection warrios uses devestate which include a sunder to build aggro mostly and have several other high threat abilities. Fury warriors, your damage is sliced in half with only one weapon, sunders is slow to apply and the threat from them is insufficient to rely on alone. Even with stacking 5 sunders before dps starts is in a lot of cases insufficient.

With good gear the above can be ignored, but will be still quite hard to master.

I have tanked as Fury and Arms up to 70, but my group were quite patient and we had to heavily rely threat meters.
As protection speced dps have a much more relaxed time and they can open full fire as soon as I start attacking a mob.
Fury warriors should be played as a rogue imho, look for dps positions in groups.

This is exactly what I wanted to know :)

Should you suggest being Fury till 60 and then respec (Protection) tank my way thru instances till lvl 70 ? With it being an Alt I'm in no hurry and there is a huge shortage of tanks on Burning Blade (Ally). I might just go that route

That=good player not good dps class and he takes agro to get rage i do believe a good dps waroir fury will out dps my feral tank
but every time i inv a dps waroir to party i out dps them as a tank maybe just because i get more rage think ill lose to him if hetakes all agro and got imba healer behind him but then again hell die alot faster than my bear.

17 points in Prot, rest in Fury will allow you to tank anything non-heroic/non-raid and still solo quest grind effectively. Once 70 you can then decide to go full Arms/Fury for dps or Prot to tank.

The class is a dps OR tank class. Warrior dps is some of the highest in the game. If you are outdps'ing warriors you group with it's probably because they arent fully specced for dps, and/or their gear sucks (warriors are more gear dependant than other classes and their best stuff only starts dropping from T5 onwards)

Correctly buffed and geared they are up there alongside rogues and warlocks as the games highest dps.
