Telkom can not say it is because of International bandwidth costs etc.
For example infosat will give you a satellite connection For around R290 per month also with no Guarantee!
My average download speed with the satellite is around 45KB/S where as with my adsl my average is around 12KB/S ...
It seems that the satellite have a hinger international bandwidth allocated to it....
Now why cant telkom give us the same kind of service at least ????
Is there no brains behind telkom management ???.....
Cant they see their custmors are unhappy ????
Ever heard this one while calling to report a fault...
How can we improve our already great service today???? when the operator answers ??

Fire all the people at telkom and put 20 People with IQ's above 95 there and it will already be a better company
