According to Virgin Mobile I can't change from Virgin V0 prepaid to one of their top up packages? Apparently it is only for new sims (and therefore a new number).
Is this BS true, has anyone converted to a top up package from V0 or something similar? I can't believe it, I ported my number to Virgin so I could do this and now they say they can't and if I want it then I have to get a new Virgin number!
I was specifically told by Virgin to port my number to them before going to sign up for a contract! You fsukers lied to me!
