Telkom can't keep on getting away with their incredibly arrogant interpretation of their rights. And there is no harm in challenging them on every issue. How did the current government come to power, they had to break the law several times, they had to plant bombs and they killed a lot of people. I don't suggest killing but I recommend the ICT industry start bending the laws. Will they put everyone in jail just to defend a monopoly!
