"Dr" Ivy was in PE yesterday and made a beautifull speech(see some quotes in the link below). At the end there is talk about providing cheaper access to all South africans, funny, because she is the one who can make that dream come true, but is "Applying her mind to it", so I guess de-regulation will never happen while she is still in charge.
