Yeah it would be fantastic if they actually came along and said:

They will only see me if they drop the 24-month contract and offer fixed line dsl at decent speeds.
Also, the 24-month contract and no Ethernet device makes it unattractive to some people.

The point of these packages is that DO they replace your Telkom line though. That's why there is a phone line involved... otherwise it would just be internet.
100 000 in one year but the thing is anyone around the country could sign up and get the service. This isnt the case here, so I also think 100 000 is a very high target.Well, Virgin Mobile had 100 000 customers in their first year, so lets see.
I think Neotel need to address the issues that have been raised in these forums, like the fact that there is no ethernet port, that you can't make a call and use the internet simultaneously or have an option to buy the device out right and have a month to month contract, and they need to address these issues very quickly.
If they address these issues, I'd gladly move over to them.
"Neotel targets 60,000 users in 9 months"
You mean 60000 ignorant users.
I think they're going to have a tough time punting med-hi end products in the current slowing economic climate.Neotel targets 60,000 users in 9 months
