quit last year, but will have one every now and again. technically, I am a smoker, but I don't crave cigarettes and I don't smoke every day, so I consider myself to be a non-smoker.

My dad smoked at least 30 to 40 a day for 70 out of his 90 years and didn't die of smoke related illness.
That leaves me another 30 years if I am lucky.

I know people who have played Russian roulette and are still alive... does that mean it is something you would encourage your kids to play?
