Are these stats any good to upgrade to 4MB

The snr looks pretty good, but the line attenuation downstream is rather high, but I think it should be alright...
I don't believe the 4MB line would be any less steady than your current line, thus if you have the cash, upgrade
 
I think you might be cutting it close but it should (with a bit of luck) sync and be stable at 4096.
 
I had similair stats when using 512, except my line attenuation is around 30. When upgrading to 4mb, my snr dropped from high 20 to around 12. In bad weather it can cause the line to drop. But seems very seldom nowadays (or at least noticable). You might need to sync lower to get a better connection, but you can never tell for sure with Telkom lines.
