I phoned Neotel to find out if Faerie Glen is covered but the flippen line to the call desk was so bad, they could not even figure out how to spell Faerie Glen. It seems that their call desk is in India as there were about 20 echos on the line. (Apart from those guys not even knowing South Africa)
Then the guy tried to call me back and again the echos were such that I could not even here myself speaking.
Just imagine what the line retries would be with such a service.
