Hi guys

I am trying to send an email that is 13mb....Webafriac and hotmail both blocked it on 10mb!! I called webafrica and they said that they can't help me if the email is larger than 10mb

So what else can I try? hotmail is also at 10mb!!

I dunno maybe Gmail. I know they have a limit too, but I don't know how big.

Otherwise upload it somewhere like uunet or something like that and then just email the link.

Or split it into smaller chunks, either using a program that splits it or using WinZip or WinRar to make a multipart archive.

What are you sending? If it's on the internet anywhere they why waste your bandwidth uploading it, just send a link. If it isn't then upload it yourself and send a link anyway.

There are hundreds of free uploading sites and it's a lot easier than clogging someone's email with a huge attachement that has to be downloaded. Edit: I see you've used Yousendit anyway, but so many people still think you have to send huge email attachments. :(

If it is a video can I still split the file?

The content of the file really doesen't matter. You merely select the size of the file portions you require, and Winrar will split it up creating a series of files at the size you specify. Each one can be attached you seperate emails and sent. On the receiving end, opening the first file in the series recreates the original, voila!
