Have a customer with HP530 notebook running xp pro.
She is blind (DBSA Admin) and uses screen narators (JAWS/Window eyes)..anyhow
after 2-3 months of normal windows operation she always phones me up with exactly the same problem that seems to start.
her main identity in OutlookExpress6 - no problem - can open/close it 999999 times - mail is there (inbox/outbox/sent items/drafts ect) - but when she switches over to the second identity - the content of that ID is just "empty".
a reboot "fixes" this , but after 2-3 hours of operation problem returns.
have done antivirus updates/scans/virus updates/scans ect.
