Comcast could be punished for throttling (USA)

THE US FEDERAL Communications Commission is likely to punish Comcast for breaking net neutrality laws.

Comcast got into trouble for blocking Internet traffic among users of a certain type of "file sharing" software.

wow! does that mean that Telkom would be ripped a new one by the US laws?

i suppose shaping and throttling is two different things, but they are similar enough!

Problem is... we have been coming at Telkom from all sides for years now. We have shown them how their arguments are full of holes... caps are stupid, shaping is stupid.. .etc... but so far all of it has fallen on deaf ears. And the stupid govt is not about to do anything about it either. They benefit from it.
