I just got a call from Berco... I'm picking up my modem today...

call 0116917000 (sales) and ask for someone (I spoke to Clinton, very helpful)

He did what the whole of sentech couldn't do within an hour... got my modem... WASHA! [:o)]
 
hmmm also just tracked down and spoke with Clinton. He actually called me back. He was real helpfull.

Haven't got it yet, but I am optomistic that it will be today or tomorrow.

So Noone! does it work huh? huh? hey?
