for some reason my 512k package said "inactive" last night (could actually log in for 10 minutes, but then the towers went down again?)

noone - noticed when I checked in at around 1am, that my connection was connecting for 30sec - 5 minutes at a time then disconnecting.. foned techies, opened job report.. either they were working on towers, or else they've discovered the joys of 'one tower falls over somewhere, and its a domino effect on other towers' but connection's stayed up - so maybe I came in on the tail end of a lengthy repair/installation session which took care of the evening..

towers went down midday yesterday, only up for a couple of minutes, and when I left at 6am, still couldn't connect....

click on your "product" thingy on that account info page thingy, and see what it says (you should see 3 lines, first one with your name, should say active, then the type of product, should be active?, and then your free mail box, also active)

my product one said inactive last night, not sure if that was the prob?
