Penguins (and Bart Simpson if you've downloaded the extra themes) scribble and scrabble all over your desktop :D

I'm still trying to figure out how to get the critters to work with KDE4 - but if you use icewm (or any other window manager) then these'll work :D

kde4 has its own eyecandy i cannot get my compiz working in kde3.5x i'm running opensuse11 tis a total nightmare

When I used KDE3.5x I never had an issue getting Compiz to work. Look for "advanced desktop settings" or something in that line. It's a configuration settings manager for compiz. It makes life a lot easier.

ive got a desktop settings option but it dont help i caN start compiz manually but thats it half the stuff dont work

With KDE4 I can enable compiz without any hassle - but then I have issues logging into KDE4 - other window managers work fine - until I disable compiz.

@ wezhira - you'll have to adjust which compiz functions you'll want to enable - by default not all the functions are enabled.

I totally dont like kde 4... think I will give it some time, but right now kde 3.5 still works really well for me.

i am aware of tha librarian any way i sorted my intital problem by deleting compiz and reinstalling it now everything seems too work as it should anybody know wht keys i have to press to view if my sphere is there on 10.3 i used to use the scroll button on my mouse and my cube would zoom out i could view the top and bottom anybody got the key combo for 11 thanx
