I know many of these have been stressed by various forum members.
However in case it has not been seen. Here is a list for the research department at Neotel.

I presume as a company you would like to have as many clients as possible?
If that is so, I recommend taking note of the following:

The current Neotel device, is in adequate. A lot of people require a router or such device. Many people currently use an operating system that is not supported by the device.

As you can understand a way to sort this problem out, would be to have an
Ethernet device. Hence the above problems would be sorted.

These devices would also have to be able to simultaneously handle both voice and data communication etc. This is pretty obvious, you do not want to cancel/pause a download when you make a phone call.

No long term contracts, many people including myself would prefer a month to month rental. In these testing times, not everyone is certain they will be able to still afford the service in 24 months time.

Not everyone wants both voice and data bundles combined. Some us us prefer to use our existing technology for phone calls and would use Neotel for data transfers.

Latency that is comparable or even better than is offered by Telkom. Some of us require to use online services that require as little latency as possible.

I personally if the above could be improved upon, then many people would flock to Neotel. My best of luck to Neotel.

They don't need our suggestions. They did lots of research first remember.
Ha ha
stable ping is also important.

Go for Wimax, its faster, pings is faster, comes in a router option. is only for data (no voice and sms extras) and there is a nice indoor and CPE outdoor option with a intergrated panel.

Hi Stolla - nice to see you around again :)

On Wimax - the current launch is for enterprise only right?
Any news of when the consumer offering may be launched?
Specifically here in CT?
Any rumours on pricing for that matter? :)
