Ok, with the prime packages there is:
1. NeoMail Expert
2. NeoMail Pro
3. NeoMail Advanced
4. NeoMail Basic
What do you get with each option? Gmail works real well for me, so I'm not sure if it is needed.

So true, but why the many NeoMail options?

Was thinking the same thing. You have different mail options depending on the package you took.
Just don't ask me what the difference is. Their website is also useless when trying to find out the differences, even though their packages list them.
Sigh.
Maybe the REP can enlighten us and just let us know why the differences aren't listed on the website as well.

Well it looks like its Exchange based......
(also blocked here, but can deduce that from the URL)
Which does bring up a question, how is this going to scale I wonder.... do Neotel have the skills to manage an incredibly large enterprise deployment of Exchange

They should put it on their website, I agree. The site needs an urgent upgrade & revamp. It is quite boring at present.

Hi
I'm new to this forum. I have a Neotel Prime 2.5 Gig package. And it comes with neomail basic.
However, i am unable to send and email to more than 2 people at a time irrespective of whether i use the web based email or outlook or outlook express.
And these a very basic emails containing no attachments, only text.
I have called the help line 5 times but i've gotten no joy from them. Can anyone shed some light on this matter?
Does neomail basic limit the recipients to 2 per email
