And here I was staggering around in dismay at having discovered that on this month's invoice I had in fact received a discount from Telkom! I thought perhaps they had decided to decrease ADSL costs after all.....

....unfortunately my happiness was short lived when I noted that the amount discounted would be carried forward to my next invoice!
Pity I could really have used that 4c this month! Oh well, I was even happier than usual for a few seconds!
EDIT : Please note me doing my little bit towards the struggle against Telkom.... my bill never gets paid on time!! But even for that I am made to pay my 9c interest!
