I see that NOCAP is offering a ADSL login service with no capping at R299 per month. I wonder how fast it is. At the moment they are roughly the equivalent of a 128K connection on there R99.00 economy package. So, do you sacrifice the ADSL speed for no capping, or do you have to spend R599.00, which is roughly two accounts for the month, to get speed and no capping. Its never a win win situation. Always a catch. If only Telkom would measure International useage only.
