I was told by their call centre that the new customer portal & online coverage maps would be up on Monday. Nothing yet. :mad:
I called Postnet Rondebosch & they advised they should be up and running with Neotel products in August (2008 I hope) some time. Couldn't give an exact date.

Hi there
It's my understanding that a very small area of Jhb is currently covered. Please can you provide me with a plan of expected coverage expansion?, Or at least a date that my area would be covered?. It would simplify the decision of whether or not to settle with another provider or at least provide a waiting period.

Hi there
It does not necessarily have to be a tool, A simple map with circles indicating coverage would suffice, especially since customers are currently making a decision as to who to choose for internet provision, and not being able to provide them with even such a basic map would result in them tying themselves into a lengthy contract with the competition.
I’m situated in the Boksburg Area.

If you can access Neotel Sugar website you'll be able to locate your maps :P
Just contact their support staff anytime of the morning.

Yes they are....they have'nt billed me last month. It would have been the first deduction. Waiting to see this month if they gonna bill me double.
They did give me a call some time last week to enquire about how satisfied I am with their service, and they had my package wrong in their system.
They were under the impression that I am on the 10GB package, while I'm on the unlimited option.
Would like to see if they gonna bill me for everything over 10GB that I used last month.
