I have just recieved my first bill after 2 months with Neotel.
I then phoned their billing enqueries department to confirm the amount, just to be told that they cant help my because they dont have access to the billing database ......WTF

Well, I applied for an upgrade and I phoned their call centre only to be told that they (the support line) don't have access to the order management system. So that wouldn't surprise me. Also they can't tell you about bandwidth consumption - you have to send an e-mail to "consumers@neotel.co.za". The one where they normally don't bother to send you any replies.
Was the bill a shocker, Robocop?
I haven't received my first bill yet and I hope there aren't any nasty surprises.

The bill is spot on....paid pro rata for the last week of May. June seems ok.
