LAS CRUCES, N.M. — A 25-year-old Las Cruces babysitter has been arrested after allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old boy in her care.

Annette Martinez has been charged with one count of criminal sexual penetration of a minor, a fourth-degree felony.

Las Cruces police say more charges are pending.

Court records show Martinez told police she was in love with the boy and had sex with him 40 times since she began baby-sitting him and his two siblings earlier this summer.

Why can we not joke moeder, at 14 you have a choice and i'll be willing to bet that 99% of 14 year old males would whip it out and give it to their babysitters in a heartbeat. :), although im not sure they would last longer than a heartbeat at 14 :), although after 40 times this oke more than likely will last longer than someone aged 18 getting some for his first time.
 
Whether the boy said no or not its not right of the baby sitter, what is this world coming to, how can a woman of 25 have anything in common with a 14 year, come on

I know i was trying as hard as possible to get laid at 14......quite unsuccesfully.

Oh, and wtf is she doing still babysitting at 25... that's just a bit weird.

I am reasonably sure that the boy was a very willing participant and might have had something to do with making it happen.

Tell us - what will your reaction as a father be when your child is seduced by a 25 year old... do you have a son or a daughter? Would you feel different if it was your 13/14 year old daughter sleeping with a 25 year old man? IMO You have no experience with teenagers (except maybe sleeping with them? - just a question). Does it make a difference if this is your 14 year old daughter?

Does impressionable mean anything to you?

p.s. this is not a personal attack ;) I just thought you were maybe talking without thinking it all through from the POV of a parent.

Sure - does that mean that the ADULT had no responsibility to the welfare of this child? Have you brought up teenagers?
