I'm keen on upgrading my X2 6000+ to this Processor. I know it will work on my AM2 board, but will I be able to gain all the benefits. i see it has HT3.0 whereas my board supports 2.0. Will there be a major bottleneck as a result? Also should I stick with my current processor as I'll still probably get higher processing gains than the X4? Where would the X4 actually come in handy?

well, it will help with physics but the newer games coming out are not as cpu intensive as you might expect...
