I phoned the call centre today to clear up some confusion amongst us all.

I asked them about p2p Downloading:
They said p2p downloading is allowed.

I asked if their service was shaped or unshaped:
They said it was unshaped.

Now about the Tariff Guide. People wanted to know why there was a fee for additional mbs on the unlimited packages.
They said that the fees under the unlimited packages was an error. The unlimited packages get unlimited bandwidth and you don't pay for extra mbs.

Now I just have to wait until tomorrow to see if I am covered.

Hopefully I can finally get rid of this Sentech.
256 is too slow for me.

Thanks for clearing that up. Isn't Neotel launching today in Durban though? I also saw somewhere on the forums the places where Neotel was launching here.

Yes, they said they are launching today.

Postnet says they are selling the Neotel Services tomorrow.

I asked them about IRAQ's Weapons of Mass Destructions:

They said they exist.

Point of this?

Neotel will tell you what you want to hear ;)

Do like everyone else and try use the coverage map that has been provided on their website.

Apparently the coverage for Durban on their system will only be available later today.
Still hope.
