Greetings all

currently im using bitmeter but it sucks. im looking for a bandwidth monitor that can distinguish between network and internet traffic. ive downloaded netmeter and the netlimiter monitor (freeware one) now im trying to decide which is better. anyone here have any advice?

tired of bitmeter telling me ive done 800gb of traffic in a month on my 1gb cap. hit the "you have used 90% of your cap" warning on the 1st of the month every month.

I use a program called BWMeter, allows you to set private and public ranges in it's settings. It can also run two seperate real-time graphs so you can see what's going on on your lan and internet connection.

PRTG is very powerful.U can use the free version

It allows for SNMP , WMI and packet sniffing of traffic going into and out of your network or pc
