British Banks Suffering, but interesting comment

If you think British banks are suffering, take a look at the US banks.
 
Gold resources in RSA is also mined out, it is not like we would ever stop, some mines have been announcing a closure for more than 2 decades yet there is still gold left, but not allow and they have to implement step-changes to be profitable.

I don't really know why you found this relevant here but Barclays concerns in South Africa are restricted to the banking sector, particularly their ownership stake in South Africa's biggest consumer bank, ABSA. The resources sector has absolutely nothing to do with it.
