Neotel Lite

I just got my Neotel lite... pretty impressed. as ive had 3G for the past few months and in my area i can only pick up EDGE, so even dial up was better than that...
bit of a mission to set up, they only gave instructions for xp and 98 and i got stupid vista, (sorry for my ignorance but im hating vista)

please tell me if this is good or not????

and on the device it has Rx and Tx, what does it mean???? i take it its the upload and download speeds, but which is which?????

oh yea, so I called in for help, but they weren't too bad, i got put on hold for about 2-3 minutes but when i got thru to the techie he explained to me step by step how to connect.
The service was good. and i hate call centres....

Yeah that sounds about right you get around 13-19 Kb/s max upload max around 10Kb/s
