How to create a static NAT in my Shiro ADSL modem

Dear All,
I m really much frustrated as NAT suxx,I just want to show my real ip towards internet but it does not allow me to do so,actually I want to work remotely from my home for this I have to use a software which wants my pc to show its real ip therefore I want to create a static NAT as someone told me that it is the solution for that ,kindly advice how to create the static NAT for my PC or anyother solution would be a great favour .
