Can someone please give me some more information on exactly when the monitoring equipment that regulates capping is active, iow when does it update daily. As I understand it, the technology is not real time but uses more of a batch processing method.
Currently, I am on 2.5GB with month end approaching and would like to "fully utilize" [
] my connection on the last day of the month, as I have a few large downloads to do.
I don't want to do this next month as I'd be screwing myself over for the rest of the month.
